Product Design and Performance

1. Flexible Combination：The trailer consists of two 40ft flatbed semi – trailers. Its total loading capacity can reach up to 80 tons. Each semi – trailer can operate independently or be connected to one another, significantly improving the utilization efficiency of tractor trucks and offering great flexibility.
2. High – Quality Materials：It is made of Q345 high – strength steel, ensuring the trailer’s strength and durability to handle various complex transportation environments.

Product Specifications

1. Dimension Parameters：The front semi – trailer size is 13000×2500×1500mm, and the rear semi – trailer size is 12500×2500×1500mm. The loading capacity of each semi – trailer is ≤45T.
2. Chassis Configuration：Equipped with 3 + 3 axles with a load – bearing capacity of 13T or 16T. Brands include FUWA, BPW, or Huajing. Both mechanical suspension (German or American type) and air suspension (domestic brand or BPW brand) are available. There are two options for spring leaves: 90 (width) mm×13 (thickness) mm×10 layers or 100mm×12mm×12 layers (specially designed for overseas markets).
3. Tires and Rims：Fitted with 12 + 12 tires, with specifications of 12.00R22.5 or 315/80R22.5. The rims are 9.00 – 22.5 or 9.75 – 22.5.
4. Key Components：Uses JOST brand 2.0 or 3.5 – inch (bolted or welded) king pins, JOST brand D200T landing gear, or 28 – ton domestic double – speed landing gear. The braking system is equipped with WABCO RE 6 relay valves, TKL brand T30/30 + T30 spring brake chambers, and a 45L air tank. WABCO brand valves and ABS anti – lock braking systems are available as options.
5. Other Configurations：The platform is made of 3mm – thick checkered plate. It adopts 24V LED lights (specially designed for overseas markets) and a 7 – pin socket. A 1m×0.5m×0.5m toolbox is provided, containing a tire spanner, a gudgeon sleeve, and a cranking bar. The size of the toolbox can be customized. The vehicle undergoes sandblasting treatment, and the chassis surface is sprayed with 1 layer of anti – corrosive primer and 2 layers of top – coats.
