RICH manufactures hydraulic modular platform trailers for hauling oversized and overweight freight. These split – apart series hydraulic full trailers can be assembled into various series with load – bearing capacities ranging from 45 tons to 2200 tons.
The RICH hydraulic modular platform trailer can be paired with hydraulic gooseneck trailers, lowbeds, combine frames, slewing tables, tow – bars, bridge beams, and power packs to meet customer requirements. Currently, our modular low – bed semi – trailer is specifically tailored for the electric power, industrial mining, metallurgy, chemical, nuclear, water conservancy engineering, and railway construction industries.

The box – shaped center beam, along with its stable cross – beams, provides a high level of frame stability and optimal loading options. The pneumatic and hydraulic oil tanks, as well as the steering system, are integrated into the chassis frames for protection against damage. A reinforced loading platform can handle extremely concentrated loads. The optimized lashing coupling ensures seamless longitudinal combination.
Hydraulic axle compensation for individual swing axles can be adjusted to different support circles according to the load, ensuring uniform axle loads. This guarantees optimal longitudinal and lateral compensation on uneven terrain and regulates extreme cross – falls.
A hydro – mechanical all – wheel mechanically controlled 2 – circuit steering system maintains full functionality even if one of the steering circuits fails. The steering angle can reach up to +/- 45°, and the steering can be quickly adjusted for different vehicle combinations via the easily accessible track rods. An electronic steering synchronisation system is also available for freely combined vehicles.
