Product Design and Performance

1. Flexible Combination: The Superlink Flat Deck Trailers consist of two 20ft flatbed semi – trailers. Their total loading capacity can reach up to 60 tons. Each semi – trailer can operate independently or be connected to one another, greatly improving the utilization efficiency of tractor trucks.
2. High – Quality Materials: The main beam is made of Q345B steel, with a height of 500mm, an upper plate thickness of 14mm, a middle plate thickness of 8mm, and a bottom plate thickness of 16mm. The side beam is made of 16mm or 18mm Q235 channel steel, paired with a 3mm – thick checkered plate platform, ensuring the vehicle’s strength and durability.

1. Dimensions and Loading Capacity: The trailer measures 13200×2500×1500mm, with a loading capacity of ≤60T.
2. Chassis Configuration: It is equipped with 4 axles, with a load – bearing capacity of 13T or 16T. Brands include FUWA, BPW, or Huajing. Both mechanical suspension (German or American type) and air suspension (domestic brand or BPW brand) are available. There are two options for spring leaves: 90 (width) mm×13 (thickness) mm×10 layers or 100mm×12mm×12 layers (specially designed for overseas markets).
3. Tires and Rims: It’s fitted with 16 tires, with specifications of 12.00R22.5 or 315/80R22.5. The rims are 9.00 – 22.5 or 9.75 – 22.5.
4. Key Components: It uses JOST brand 2.0 or 3.5 – inch (bolted or welded) king pins, JOST brand D200T landing gear, or 28 – ton domestic double – speed landing gear. The braking system is equipped with WABCO RE 6 relay valves, TKL brand T30/30 + T30 spring brake chambers, and a 45L air tank. WABCO brand valves and ABS anti – lock braking systems are available as options.
5. Other Configurations: It adopts 24V LED lights (specially designed for overseas markets) and a 7 – pin socket. A 1m×0.5m×0.5m toolbox is provided, containing a tire spanner, a gudgeon sleeve, and a cranking bar. The size of the toolbox can be customized. The vehicle undergoes sandblasting treatment, and the chassis surface is sprayed with 1 layer of anti – corrosive primer and 2 layers of top – coats.
