Power Take – off Device: The RICH Cement Mixer Trailer mostly adopts the power take – off method of the main engine. During the feeding and transportation stages, the drive shaft extracts the power of the engine and drives the rotation of the mixing drum through the hydraulic system. When discharging, the mixing drum of the trailer rotates in the opposite direction.

Hydraulic System and Reducer: The hydraulic system mainly consists of a hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, radiator, and high – pressure tubing. Its working principle is that the hydraulic pump converts the power of the engine into hydraulic energy. The hydraulic motor then outputs the hydraulic energy as mechanical energy, and finally, the speed is reduced by the reducer to provide power for the rotation of the mixing drum.

Mixing Device: The mixing device is composed of a mixing drum, front and rear supports, and auxiliary parts for charging and discharging. The mixing drum serves as the loading container for concrete and is equipped with a set of double – helix blades inside. During feeding and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward clockwise, and the concrete is mixed along the blades. When discharging, the mixing drum rotates in the opposite direction, and the concrete is unloaded outward along the blades to the construction site.
