Product Specifications

Power Take – off Device: The RICH Trailer – type Cement Mixer mostly adopts the power take – off method of the main engine. During the feeding and transportation process, the drive shaft outputs the power of the engine and drives the rotation of the mixing drum through the hydraulic system. The trailer reverses its rotation during discharging.

Hydraulic System and Reducer: The hydraulic system mainly consists of a hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, radiator, and high – pressure tubing. Its function is to convert the power of the engine into hydraulic energy through the hydraulic pump, then output it as mechanical energy through the motor, and finally reduce the speed through the reducer to provide power for the rotation of the mixing drum.

Mixing Device: The mixing device is composed of a mixing drum, front and rear supports, and auxiliary parts for charging and discharging. The mixing drum is the loading container for concrete, with a set of double – helix blades inside. When the drum rotates, the concrete spirals along the direction of the blades, constantly mixing and stirring during the process of ascending and turning. During feeding and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward clockwise, and the concrete is mixed along the blades. When discharging, the mixing drum rotates in the opposite direction, and the concrete is discharged outward along the blades to the construction site.
